BREA, CA-Goodrich Corp., a Fortune 500 company, has leased 104,662 square feet at the Brea Imperial Center in Brea. The aerospace company will occupy the entire Brea facility.
Goodrich will relocate and consolidate its software engineers as well as other high-tech workers from Diamond Bar and Monterey Park facilities into one office. The Brea facility is owned by AEW.
