FREMONT, CA-Phoenix, Arizona-based S&M Moving Systems is expanding its presence by 50% in Fremont. The family-owned company has leased new warehouse/distribution space measuring 61,340 square feet in the Fremont Industrial Park at 48541 Warm Springs Blvd.

Since 1996, S&M Moving Systems has been occupying 125,550 square feet in the Fremont Industrial Park. Cassidy Turley's Scott Borgia said that the asking rate for the space was 45 cents.
