APPLE VALLEY, MN-A developer based in Lakeville is preparing to construct two office/warehouse buildings totaling 104,500 square feet in Apple Valley. Mark Hebert of Hebert and Associates Inc. has named the project as Phase 1 of the Apple Valley Business Campus.
