MARGATE, FL-Broward County records reveled that Pineapple Grove Properties Ltd. is planning to construct a new apartment building in Margate.

MARGATE, FL-Broward County records reveled that Pineapple Grove Properties Ltd. is planning to construct a new apartment building in Margate. The 262-unit apartment complex will come up on the southwest corner of Northwest 31st Street and State Road 7.

Pineapple Grove Properties has already obtained initial approval from environmental protection and growth management department for the development. The board of county commissioners will decide on the proposed plan on March 27. For the full story, go to South Florida Business Journal .
