NEW YORK CITY-The 133,000-square-foot office structure at Broadway and 28th Street has been converted into a hotel. The NoMad Hotel, a 168-room property, will open next week in 1170 Broadway.

A venture of Square Mile Capital, the Sydell Group and Ron Burkle has been involved in the conversion of the aging Broadway office building into the NoMad Hotel. The $100-million conversion is expected to bring tourists and a gourmet restaurant operated by Eleven Madison Park's Will Guidara and Daniel Humm. For the full story, go to Wall Street Journal .
