WASHINGTON, DC-Citybizlist.com reported that due to default concerns, a $35.8-million loan on the 128,723-square-foot building at 400 Sixth St. SW has been shifted to a special servicer. The five-story office building, called the Donohoe Building, is fully occupied by the District.

The Child and Family Services Agency currently houses its headquarters in the Donohoe Building and it will leave the building this summer. From August, the entire property will be available for leasing. For the full story, go to Washington Business Journal .
