
LONDON-Savills plc has pre-leased the entire 33 Margaret Street redevelopment in London from Great Portland Estates. The company, which pre-leased the majority of the office space in the building, has now pre-leased the remaining 31,700 square feet of space.
Savills will pay GBP 6.99 million per annum for 95,617 square feet of office space at the West End development. The company has signed seven separate 20-year leases for seven floors in the building, which is scheduled to be completed in October this year. For the full story, go to PropertyMall .
