NEW YORK CITY-Bentex Group Inc. is increasing its space in Manhattan's garment district. The company has added 6,000 square feet and signed a lease renewal deal for 17,000 square feet at 34 W. 33rd St. situated between Broadway and Fifth Avenue.
Bentex has signed the lease expansion deal for 10 years. The asking rent for the space was $39 per square foot. Adams & Co.'s David Levy represented both the tenant and Arcade Building Associates, the landlord, in the deal. For the full story, go to Crain's New York Business .
