CHICAGO-CBRE Inc. reported that Milwaukee-based Foley & Lardner LLP has reduced its space to nearly 20% in an office building on N. Clark St.

CHICAGO-CBRE Inc. reported that Milwaukee-based Foley & Lardner LLP has reduced its space to nearly 20% in an office building on N. Clark St. The law firm has renewed its lease for approximately 169,000 square feet at 321 N. Clark St.

Foley & Lardner earlier leased nearly 211,000 square feet in the office building. The firm's Chicago office has more than 140 lawyers. Hines Interests LP's Hines REIT is the owner of the 35-story building. For the full story, go to Crain's Chicago Business .
