CAMBRIDGE, MA-Semprus BioSciences has inked a lease renewal deal for a lab and office space measuring 12,792 square feet at One Kendall Square, Building 1400 in Cambridge. Details of the deal were not revealed.

The five-story, 133,077-square-foot office and laboratory facility is situated within the One Kendall Square campus. Colliers International negotiated for Semprus BioSciences, while Cassidy Turley FHO negotiated for the owner, the Beal Cos. in association with Rockwood Capital Corp.
