TDK to Construct $20M Apartment Complex in West Nashville

NASHVILLE-Murfreesboro-based TDK Construction Company will build a 190-unit apartment project in West Nashville.

NASHVILLE-Murfreesboro-based TDK Construction Company will build a 190-unit apartment project in West Nashville. The $20-million project, known as The Summit, will come up on a 16-acre parcel at 7201 Charlotte Pike near the Nashville West shopping center.

TDK Construction is planning to start construction on the project in October. The company is also preparing to construct a 300-unit apartment community at the corner of Douglas Bend Road and Nashville Pike in Gallatin. For the full story, go to Nashville Business Journal .
