NEW YORK CITY-Three different firms are competing to fill a 160,000-square-foot block at 620 Sixth Ave. Landlord RXR Realty has dispatched term sheets to three media/technology firms and it hopes to lease the space in the seven-story Beaux Arts building to one of them in Q2 2012.
RXR Realty acquired its controlling interest in the 670,000-square-foot building in late 2011 for approximately $500 million. The company also seized the Starrett Lehigh Building located at 601 W. 26th St. for roughly $900 million. For the full story, go to Crain's New York Business .
