
BOSTON-Alexandria Real Estate Equities Inc. is planning to break ground on an 11-story, 414,000-square-foot center in the Longwood Medical Area. Dana-FarberCancer Institute has leased 154,000 square feet in the tower at the junction of Brookline and Longwood Avenues.
A new joint venture, which includes California-based Alexandria, New York-based Clarion Partners, Newton, Massachusetts-based National Development and Newton Lower Falls, Massachusetts-based Charles River Realty Investors, has been gathered to execute the project.
