MIAMI-Dadeland Mall, a 1.4-million-square-foot mall in Miami, is adding 102,000 square feet to accommodate 6 new restaurants and nearly 20 new stores. The new Kendall Wing will replace the structure that currently accommodates The Limited/Express.

Demolition has already started and construction is scheduled be finished by next spring. Indianapolis-based Simon Property Group is the co-owner of the mall.
