MEMPHIS-Morris Auction Group will sell seven commercial properties at an auction on April 13. The properties include a four-building office complex at 2750 Colony Park, 2760 Colony Park, 4255 Cherry Center and 4245 Cherry Center; a 9,500-square-foot office structure at 5495 Knight Arnold Road Extended; the old Delta Square Shopping Center on American Way; and a car wash in Horn Lake, Mississippi.
