Arlington Properties Files Building Permit for Tapestry Park

BIRMINGHAM, AL-Arlington Properties Inc., a development company based in Birmingham, has filed a $17.2-million construction permit for a multifamily property in Birmingham.

BIRMINGHAM, AL-Arlington Properties Inc., a development company based in Birmingham, has filed a $17.2-million construction permit for a multifamily property in Birmingham. According to the Birmingham News's past reports, Arlington Properties is planning to construct Tapestry Park, a 223-unit apartment complex on Montclair Road.

Arlington will construct the $22-million property over the coming year or so. Most recently, the company completed Hallman Hill, a 122-unit complex in Homewood. For the full story, go to Birmingham Business Journal .
