BALTIMORE-The Baltimore Office of Promotion and the Arts has moved from 7 E. Redwood St. to the W.R. Grace Building in Baltimore. The organization, which occupied roughly 8,000 square feet on E. Redwood St., has leased 10,472 square feet of space at the 168,000-square-foot building at 10 E. Baltimore St.

The W.R. Grace Building was constructed in 1973. BOPA currently has over 40 employees. CBRE Group Inc. brokers Kim Penny and Abby Glassberg negotiated the deal on behalf of BOPA. For the full story, go to Baltimore Business Journal .
