GREENSBORO, NC-VP Builders LLC, a home building based in Greensboro, will develop a town home community in Greensboro. The company will complete the $4-million community, known as The Villas at Forest Oaks, in the next two years.
The 13-unit community will be developed at the Forest Oaks Golf Club and a grand opening for the project will be held on Saturday.
