NEW YORK CITY-A pharmaceutical company and a bank are putting back sublease space on the market. Pfizer Inc. is subletting three floors totaling approximately 274,000 square feet at 150 E. 42nd St.

The company has hired Cushman & Wakefield Inc. to sublease the space. Meantime, JPMorgan Chase & Co. is subleasing 50,000 square feet of space at 277 Park Ave. Pfizer is currently moving employees from 150 E. 42nd St. to other facilities at 235 E. 42nd St. and 219 E. 42nd St. For the full story, go to Crain's New York Business .
