LONDON-Rockspring Property Investment Managers LLP, along with its partner Exton Estates, has started construction on a two-building, 60,000-square-foot office complex, called Flow, in Staines. Flow One will contain 42,000 square feet in four floors and Flow Two will have 18,000 square feet arranged over three floors.
