
SAN JOSE, CA-The former headquarters of United Way Silicon Valley in San Jose will soon hit the market. The nonprofit will put its four-story property at 1922 The Alameda for sale.
United Way shifted from The Alameda building to The Sobrato Center for Nonprofits in 2008. The 43,000-square-foot building currently houses the main offices of the YMCA of Silicon Valley and it is nearly 80% occupied. United Way bought the building for $8 million in 1991.
