HANOVER, GERMANY-Multi Development Germany has opened the Arneken Galerie shopping center in the heart of Hildesheim. The retail center, which comprises 301,389 square feet of space, offers three levels of space for 90 retail stores, service centers, catering and office units and a daycare facility.
The center also includes a 400-space parking garage. Corio, a Dutch company, is the investor and operator of Arneken Galerie. The total investment spent on the center amounts to roughly EUR 120 million. For the full story, go to Europe Real Estate .
