PHILADELPHIA-The Wilder Cos. has won leasing and management assignments for two retail properties in Pennsylvania and Connecticut. The company will lease and manage The Shops at Valley Square in Pennsylvania's Bucks County and Somerset Square situated just outside Hartford.
Valley Square, which provides 300,000 square feet of retail space, is situated in a 140-acre mixed-use destination in Warrington and Somerset Square, which contains 112,000 square feet of retail space, is situated in the Hartford suburb of Glastonbury.
