MENOMONEE FALLS, WI-Fiduciary Real Estate Development Inc. is planning to start construction on an apartment project in Menomonee Falls. The Milwaukee-based developer will spend approximately $40 million for 330 apartments.
Fiduciary Real Estate will purchase a 39.25-acre vacant lot from Grace Evangelical Lutheran Church for the project, which will include 250 high-end apartments and 80 senior housing apartments.
