NEW YORK CITY-Potbelly Sandwich Shop is opening four new eateries in Manhattan. The fast-food chain has inked a lease for the four Manhattan stores and is also hoping for new outlets in Jersey City and Brooklyn.
The four eateries will be located at 150 E. 52nd St., 127 Fulton St., 46 W. 56th St. and 333 Park Avenue South. Asking rents range from $115 to $175 per square foot. Potbelly is expecting to open the new outlets by late 2012 or in early 2013. For the full story, go to Wall Street Journal .
