
NEW YORK CITY-Rag & Bone is preparing to open a new store in a former bank space along the Madison Avenue retail strip in Manhattan's Upper East Side. The fashion boutique has signed a lease for 9,000 square feet of space in 909 Madison Ave. at 73rd Street.
Friedland Properties bought the three-story building in 2006 for $15 million from the Bank of New York. This is the first Upper East Side store for Rag & Bone. For the full story, go to Wall Street Journal .
