Foulger Pratt to Sell Three Silver Spring Buildings

BALTIMORE-The Washington Examiner reported that the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Organization's headquarters is up for sale. Bryant Foulger, Principal of Foulger Pratt, has acknowledged that the company is selling three office buildings in downtown Silver Spring.

For 20 years, Foulger Pratt has been holding the three-building complex, which comprise a total area of 1.1 million square feet. The sale will free up funds for the company's future expansion. For the full story, go to Washington Business Journal .
