DCT Industrial Leases Phase II at Dulles Summit Development

HERNDON, VA-Citybizlist.com reported that DCT Industrial Trust Inc. has pre-leased all of Phase II at its Dulles Summit development. An unidentified affiliate of a Fortune 500 company has leased the entire 179,000-square-foot phase.

DCT Industrial Trust started the development of Phase II, a two-building project, in late 2011. The first building is expected to be finished in Q3 2012 and the second building will be completed in Q1 2013. For the full story, go to Washington Business Journal .
