NEW YORK CITY-Stuart Weitzman, a footwear firm, has leased a 37,500-square-foot space on the third floor of a building located at 625 Madison Avenue. The lease runs for 10 years and the asking rent per square foot was $75. SL Green Realty Corp. is the owner of the building situated between East 58th and East 59th streets. PBS Real Estate brokered for the tenant in the deal.
