NEW YORK CITY-Victorinox is taking a former firehouse on Wooster Street that recently housed the Peter Blum Gallery. The company has signed a 15-year lease for the three-story building at 99 Wooster St.

The building has roughly 5,000 square feet along with a 2,000-square-foot basement. It is situated directly opposite of the new Wooster Street entrance of Tiffany. Michael Glanzberg from Sinvin Real Estate negotiated the lease deal on behalf both the tenant and the landlord. For the full story, go to New York Post .
