WINSTON-SALEM, NC-Proposed plans for a multifamily community near BB&T Ballpark in downtown Winston-Salem has been approved by the City Council. Greensboro-based Samet Corp. will build the 200,000-square-foot apartment complex.
The 200-unit community will come up on a 2.7-acre site situated on the west side of Peters Creek Parkway between Park Circle and West First Street.
