SEGUIN, TX-Dallas-based Bandera Ventures will build a new 300,000-square-foot warehouse and assembly building in Seguin that will support the plant of Peoria, Illinois-based Caterpillar. The new building will come up on a 26-acre tract on the west side of the Caterpillar plant.
FCA Packaging and Gray Interplant Systems, the two Caterpillar suppliers, have already inked lease deals to occupy the building. The two companies will hire 65 employees to work in the new warehouse facility. For the full story, go to San Antonio Business Journal .
