DALLAS-U.S. Risk Insurance Group Inc. has leased 41,800 square feet at One Lincoln Plaza situated at 8401 N. Central Expressway to shift its corporate offices from 10210 N. Central Expressway. As per the long-term lease, the company will occupy a part of the ninth floor and the entire tenth floor of the building. The lease also consists of top-of-building signage in One Lincoln Park.
