BOSTON-Paul E. Saperstein Co. has scheduled a foreclosure auction on a property located in Boston's Theatre District on April 23, 2012. Hera Development Corp. based in Brighton, Massachusetts had proposed a 10-floor office building on the property located at 212 Stuart Street in 2009. However, the $30 million project never took place. The developer purchased the vacant property for $6.5 million in 2007.
