
HOLLYWOOD, FL-The City of Hollywood has granted approval for the development of two downtown mixed-use towers located close to Young Circle. The 26-floor Hollywood Circle Commons and 19-floor Young Circle Commons will feature over 600 apartments. The projects will also have a boutique hotel, a grocery store, and office and retail spaces. The total value of the projects is $230 million.
