SAN MATEO, CA-Station Park Green, a transit-oriented mixed-used development project in San Mateo, is all set to move on. EBL&S Development is in final talks with a major national builder and investor to fund and develop the $300 million project featuring a 599-unit village. The development on the former strip mall site will also feature a 60,000-square-foot retail space and a 10,000-square-foot office space.
