BERLIN-Multi Development has opened Boulevard Berlin, a retail center situated in the center of Schlossstrasse.

BERLIN-Multi Development has opened Boulevard Berlin, a retail center situated in the center of Schlossstrasse. The EUR 390-million project comprises 818,057 square feet of rental space, nearly 160 units for retail stores, restaurants and a fitness center.

Boulevard Berlin is situated at the site of the former Karstadt and Wertheim stores. T+T Design, Multi Development's architectural design company handled the master plan and managed the design as well as the realization process.
