BRASELTON, GA-Carter's, a company providing kid's apparel and products, has inked a lease to fully occupy an industrial facility spanning 1.1 million square feet at 625 Braselton Pkwy. The lease runs for 11.5 years. Duke Realty Corp. is the owner of the property located inside Park 85 Braselton, a master-planned mixed-use business park in Braselton. The facility features a roughly 53,400-square-foot office space. As per the lease, Carter's has two five-year extension options.
