HUNT VALLEY, MD-A $90 million mortgage on the Hunt Valley Towne Centre has been refinanced by developer Greenberg Gibbons Commercial.

HUNT VALLEY, MD-A $90 million mortgage on the Hunt Valley Towne Centre has been refinanced by developer Greenberg Gibbons Commercial. Walker & Dunlop Inc.'s subsidiary Walker & Dunlop LLC offered the refinancing loan. The term of the interest-only loan is seven years. The Hunt Valley Towne Centre is located on York Road in Baltimore County.

In 2006, Greenberg Gibbons took the $90 million loan from American International Group Inc. for the retail center spanning 766,000 square feet. For the full story, go to Baltimore Business Journal .
