FRANKFURT-Two new leases have been signed by PointPark Properties (P3) at the Delta Forum park located in Germany. In the first deal, Eugen Konig GmbH has leased a warehouse space spanning 62,549 square feet in the park. The wholesaler will occupy the space in May 2012.
In the second deal, SIMS Recycling Solutions has inked a lease for a 37,609-square-foot warehouse space in the park. The company, which supplies recycled electronics, will occupy its leased space in the same month. For the full story, go to Europe Real Estate .
