SACRAMENTO-Costa Mesa-based Anna's Linens has leased 10,000 square feet of space in Southgate Plaza at Franklin Boulevard and Florin Road in south Sacramento.

SACRAMENTO-Costa Mesa-based Anna's Linens has leased 10,000 square feet of space in Southgate Plaza at Franklin Boulevard and Florin Road in south Sacramento. The home furnishings chain will occupy a portion of the old OfficeMax space.

Anna's Linens is expecting to open its new location in Q2 2012. The shopping center's property managers are in negotiation with another retailer to take the remaining OfficeMax space in the center. Retail West Inc. represented Anna's Linens and CBRE represented the landlord in the lease deal. For the full story, go to Sacramento Business Journal .
