DALLAS-Caddo Holdings LLC has selected Jones Lang LaSalle to lease an office and retail portfolio at 2811 McKinney Ave. and 3400 Carlisle St. in Dallas' Uptown submarket. The brokerage firm has been chosen to lease 171,956 square feet of retail and office space.
The three-story McKinney Avenue building is 86% leased, while the five-story Carlisle Street building is 90% occupied. A Bank of America retail branch occupies space in the Carlisle Street building.
