CUDAHY, WI-Madison-based Central Storage & Warehouse Co. is planning to develop a cold-storage building measuring 60,000 square feet in Cudahy. The project will come up on 10 acres of the old Iceport site.
The company is planning to buy the 10-acre site from the city for the cold-storage facility. The Cudahy Community Development Authority approved the letter of intent to purchase the site.
