
CINCINNATI-Construction is finally moving on the Rookwood Exchange, a long-awaited project off Interstate 71 at the Smith-Edwards exit. Developers have started the site work for the $100-million mixed-use project.
Jeffrey R. Anderson Real Estate Inc. is developing the 12-acre project, which will contain a $20-million, 123-room Courtyard by Marriott, 230,000 square feet of office/retail/entertainment space, two 9,000-square-foot eateries, a 15,000-square-foot retail building and a 750-car parking garage.
