KANSAS CITY, MO-A developer is proposing an apartment project comprising nearly 246 units at the Country Club Plaza. The 46 Summit Redevelopment Corp. will request the Kansas City Council to alter the Plaza Steppes Redevelopment Plan to permit an eight-story or nine-story structure between 46th and 47th streets and Jefferson and Summit streets.
