DANVERS, MA-People's United Bank has subleased its 22,448-square-foot office space at a Class A corporate campus located at 75 Sylvan Street in Danvers. Construction Management & Builders is the tenant, which will relocate its corporate headquarters to 75 Sylvan Street from Lynnfield, Massachusetts. The three-building campus consists of 273,905 square feet of industrial, office, and research and development space.
