CORAL GABLES, FL-A Coral Gables office building, which is already two-thirds pre-leased, is nearing completion. The 58,000-square-foot office building, known as The Building, is being constructed at 2990 Ponce de Leon Blvd. and it will be completed by June.
The Building will house Zubi Advertising, Sanchez-Medina, Gonzalez, Quesada, Lage, Crespo, Gomez & Machado LLP and the Mas Group of Companies. Alberto J.
