
PHILADELPHIA-Tower Investments Inc. will start construction on a $120-million redevelopment of the old state office building and a new residential complex at Spring Garden and Broad streets in Philadelphia. The project, called Tower Place, will comprise 60,000 square feet of commercial space and 400 residential units.
First phase of the project will include transformation of the 300,000-square-foot building into 204 apartments and the second phase will include a new 18-story residential tower with 200 units and a 60,000-square-foot retail building. For the full story, go to Philadelphia Business Journal .
