PHILADELPHIA-New York-based Jonathan Rose Cos. and Asociacion Puertorriquenos en Marcha, a community organization in Philadelphia, are collaborating together to develop a $48-million mixed-use project at Paseo Verde near Temple University. The site is surrounded by 9th, Berks and Norris streets.
