NEW YORK CITY-Armani Junior is opening its first US flagship in the base of a corporate building in New York. The company has leased a 1,480-square-foot store at 1223 Madison Ave. situated on the northeast edge of 88th Street.
The asking rent for the 10- year deal was $300 per square foot. The shop, formerly occupied by Boutique Mirabelle, contains a 376-square-foot basement.
